Jakob is one of the founding members of Biosynthetic Technologies and is named on over 30 of the patents. Jacob helped raised millions of dollars for the company and closely managed due diligence.
Mr. Forest works across the company’s major business units to support successful commercial objectives through the implementation of effective intellectual property strategies and policies.

Jeff Mackey has been active in the metalworking industry for almost 30 years beginning at Van Straaten/Castrol in R&D. He later moved to Fuchs Lubricant Company where he held several technical roles including R&D Manager for metalworking fluids.
Mr. Thompson oversees the development of innovative chemistries from lab to commercial scale. Prior, Travis held various project roles in the areas of product development, process design and manufacturing.
Julie is a highly valued, integral part of Biosynthetic Technologies R&D Team bringing 20 years of chemistry research experience. Julie earned a B.S. in Chemistry with a focus in Environmental Biology.
Dr. Lutz brings 17 years of chemistry experience including 6 years dedicated to Estolide synthesis and product development. He is responsible for researching and commercializing our bio based products using Estolide technology.
Debby Neubauer is a B2B Marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Most recently, she worked for Batesville Casket Company where she was responsible for both Marketing and Technology.
Alex’s work focuses on the use of additives in oils and additional work on the hydrolytic stability of these oils. Prior to BT, Alex worked at Pace Analytical where he worked to determine pollutant and contaminant levels in water and soil samples.
